PSYLLIUM MANUFACTURING

Psyllium is manufactured by separating the psyllium seed husk from remainder of seeds by applying slight mechanical pressure and then the seeds are crushed between two rotating blades.

Then the husk is purified by blowing away the husk from impurities which is known as sieving process. This process is necessary to dehusk the psyllium from impurities and to attain it in its perfect size without breaking so that highly pure pyslium can be generated.

Then the cleaning process takes place in this process the seeds are mechanically processed and dehusking of seeds is done which consist of crushing of seeds and then automatically separation of the husk. Then comes the purification process in this process the impure psyllium seed husk is separated form non husk material in mill which causes collision under certain conditions.

Then the dehusking of psyllium seeds is done to attain high quality and pure psyllium seed husk.In this process psylllium seeds are fractured by certain collision conditions and then separated from the unwanted portion of the psyllium seed .

Now pure psyllium seed husk is manufactured after that they are packaged under special processing in bangs and plastic containers.
